I've had a crocea clam for a few weeks now, and about a week into the tank, he started to rotate downwards. He's not exactly horiontal..my 20 deg up from the bottom. Do your clams stay vertical like they do in the LFS or do the tilt downwards.
I tried to rotate it up once, but it's foot was pretty secured onto a rock, so I didn't presist. He looks healthy...really meaty and a strong foot. Any reason for it to rotate downwards? It's basically blown the sand away, so it has it's own pocket in the sand.
