Arlin's 80g Rimless

Hello all,

After my 120g marine land tank cracked back in April of 2016
i abandoned my last tank thread so I figure start a new one to keep track/progression of the new tank.

Tank info :

80g Deep Blue Rimless
Stand: DIY
Sump: custom made
Controller: Apex
Light: ATI dimable sunpower (8bulb) + (2) ReefBrights
Skimmer: Alfa vertex 170
Return: Reef octopus hydro blaster 10000
Flow: jecod CP40 cross flow & mp10
Elements: koralin c1520 w/Carbon dosing regulator & 10pound co2
Live rock: 50 pounds -/+
Other filtration: WM bio pellets & GAC (on and off)

MB7 & Brightwells potassium dosed once a week.

Date re-started : September 2016 (revamped the entire system)

All you need is a time machine. I love that you obviously left a lot of room for growth which shows you're committed!

Are the rocks simply stacked? They seem densely packed.

thanks , i'm very committed to this darn hobby...its worse than drugs lol

the rocks have a bunch of wholes and caves cant really tell from the pictures but they are there. i wanted to let the fish take breaks and be able to hide while providing me a lot of surface to place corals. not my best rock escape but shallow tanks are really hard to scape and direct flow.
