aro as-220 ballast

I'm looking for a reasonable way to push 2 75 watt VHO. Does anyone have any experience with the aro as-220 ballast?
Hellolights has them for $35.

We have 2 on our work tank pushing 2x110 each. Been running with out a hitch for about a year that they've been up.
