Asian market fish food

I was talking to someone at the last meeting about this topic and they gave me a recipe to make my own fish food. I went to the Asian market in Cotati this weekend next to "mikes at the crossroads" (really good burgers) and picked up fresh mysis shrimp and nori.

The mysis shrimp was $6 for about a 2 months supply and the seaweed sushi wrap was $3 for the 30 really big sheets. This is so much cheaper than on line or at a fish store.

So anyone have any recipes? I think i am going to blend the shrimp they are to big for my fish to eat and need to know what else to add....garlic....what else? And what is the best way to prepare...

Make sure its the right seaweed wrap. I went through three diffrent kinds before my tangs began eating it.

They eat this stuff more than the stuff I bought at the fish store, I made sure the only ingredient was dried sea weed no flavoring at all...they love it. I love tangs!! Naso tang my fav....let me know what else to mix with mysis?
