ASM G1x question

Well I am setting up a frag system and I am wondering how deep I need to maintain the water so that the skimmer will function the best. I dont know if there is a depth that is needed but I thought I would ask before I go and put my auto top off to low or to high. Thanks in advance Dustin

they work best in 6-9" of water

awesome. Thank you for such a fast response. I think I will kind of split the difference and put it in around 8 inches of water.
