ASM Skimmers going out of business, true or false??

went to www.asmskimmer.com and the said they are being phased out and replaced by the Octopus line of skimmers. Is this true or just creative marketing? This is what the site says "Welcome to ASMSkimmer.com. Many have noticed that we are not offering many skimmers anymore. Marine Solutions, the company behind this site, will no longer be offering the ASM products. We have launched a new site dedicated to the Octopus line of products: www.OctopusSkimmer.com "


I was thinking of getting an ASM G3, but I don't know if I should. I guess it is being replaced by the Octopus NW 200. What do you guys think of this skimmer?

I believe Leng Sy's company Ecosystem Aquarium will be distributing the ASM skimmers. I believe that is what Glenn told me, but I could be mistaken
