At least fifty (50) baby snails survived - I'm going to need a bigger tank.

I dug the believed parent shell out of the sand, but this snail was from IPFS and the babies don't really look like this.

My only other guess is that the eggs of another snail (L. Flava?) hitchhiked on a Caribbean Sea Fan that I purchased at a conference. I only had it in this tank for a few weeks...

Those look like collonista sp. snails, a very common hitchhiker. Their numbers can grow and dwindle depending on the algae availability in the tank.

Looks like you’ve got a full house now—definitely time for a bigger tank! Snail populations can explode quickly, so you might want to keep an eye on water quality and tank space. Are you planning to rehome some or keep them all? Also, if you’ve got other pets around, keeping them flea- and tick-free is a must—some people use Bravecto Without Vet Prescription for long-lasting protection. But for the snails, just lots of algae and cuttlebone
