atlantic anemone

I wonder what kind of atlantic anemone? That doesn't really say much. Perhaps it is a Condylactis gigantea or passiflora. You can search those names and see if that is what it is. The size tank and temp would be fine for this species, if that is even what it is.
 
you don't want an Atlantic carpet. This thing has the most powerful grip and sting of any anemone I have dealt with. I had one kill a large Lion fish. They are vicious.
 
A BTA would be a good choice for your tank.

I agree with the others about the carpet anemone. They are very light demanding and don't host clowns.
 
Walkingthunder, your anemone is a condylactis, the OP is asking about an atlantic carpet anemone. Pretty condy, btw.
 
I think sometimes condylactis are referred to as atlantic anemones, but the OP posted a pic further down in the thread of the anemone s/he was referring to and it was an atlantic carpet. This illustrates the point perfectly that common names are often useless.
