Is a Atlantic carpet the same as a Haddoni Carpet?

Definitely not. An Atlantic carpet anemone is a Stichodactyla helianthus, a haddoni carpet anemone is a Stichodactyla haddoni.

Do you have a picture? I couldn't find one online? Are they that much different from a haddoni?

Yes the atlantic anemone will not host clowns and will likely eat them given the opportunity
