Atlantic Sunlite LED driver question

Hoping someone might be able to help me. I understand the basics but just not sure on this part. I picked up two Atlantic Sunlite LED panels for a pretty good price, but they are not dimmable and just have a toggle on/off switch. Was looking at maybe swapping in a dimmable driver but noticed the drivers that are in there have a third wire connection that isn't currently used (see pic). Could it be they use the same driver for the dimmable units but just don't use that connection? If so could I just hook up the additional wire and drill in the hole for the potentiometer?

Smack me if I'm an idiot but I just haven't been able to find an answer or even a link to ask the company a question.

Maybe.. maybe not.. Without knowing the exact specs on the driver we will never know.

Yes or you could start a fire or you could be electrocuted or nothing will happen.. I don't suggest playing with electricity when you don't know what you are doing. Don't make me smack you j/k

lol I'm not unfamiliar with electricity...just wondering if I could damage the equipment. All shenanigans and testing would be done in the garage haha

Yes you could damage it..

If you want to continue "safely" you "might" attempt to give us any writing on the "power supply" or other clues to its identity and possibly even get into the black housing and see whats going on under the hood.

Many times people put writing on the circuit board for that pins intended function. Might just be a chassis ground that isn't used do to its plastic enclosure..

good point, I may just crack open the black housing, there is no sort of model information or anything on the outside. I'll post up in here if I find anything. thanks

before you pick a replacement power supply you are going to need to know exactly how all the led's are wired anyways so.. get personal with that fixture man
big difference in drivers for a serial vs parallel build,etc...
