ATO not working

Tunze ATO was acting funny for a few months now. Can hear it come on but no water is pumped through. Blew out the line by mouth and seemed to break through and was working. Happens more frequently now so I changed the line with a new feed line(RO type) and not much has changed.
Is it time to get a new pump or am I overlooking something else?

It could be you need a new pump, I would visually verify that the impeller spins when the pump is on, I occasionally see one where the impeller strips and the motor spins but does not turn the impeller. You will just need to look through the bottom opening while it is on. It could also be the pump is just air locked and you need to tip it upside down while it is running to release a stuck air bubble.
