ATS build

That looks like a cup of nitrate and phosphate there. It took awhile for my scrubber to start really having an effect on the algae in the DT

Holy cow man that's some serious algae.. What does the scrubber keep your nutrient levels at? No gfo right?

I've always been interested in building one I just have never done it. I have room being my tank that either a CA rx is going to go or I can possibly put a scrubber back there.. Hmmmm decisions lol.

I am not sure what the phosphate levels are at. I still have algae in the display but now I can put new pieces in and they are not growing algae. No gfo just protein skimmer, pellets, filter socks, and uv

I still have some algae in the display tank so 2 weeks ago I picked up some gfo and have been running gfo with the ats.
Ats is still growing the same amount so I am hoping this will get the display algae free.

Pictures are 7 days growth with running 20 tablespoons gfo in a reactor.

1 scrape to show how thick it is.

I have no idea where all the phosphate is coming from. I have done and tried so many things that its hard to pin point.

All I know is that the last 2 months have really paid off, good coral color is coming back and I can see the algae is slowly diminishing.
