ATS flow rate

I am considering a DIY Algae Turf Scrubber for the second chamber in my 30 gal sump. I run the herbie so using overflow over the ATS screen is out of the question. I also run a GFO and carbon reactor independently from a 300GPH ehiem.

I need to buy another pump for the ATS. What flow rate should I get. I plan to use a 10X10 scrubber.

Thoughts?
