You need to upload it to an image hose like photobucket.com (maybe flikr too), then just copy the "IMG" code that is with the pic on that site, and then though the pic will not appear when you are posting, it will appear in the actual thread.
the html address will be to the right hand side of your pic after its loaded in photobucket otherwise ,you'll have to load the pic in your gallery but it will be restricted on size, thus defeating the purpose of having an image for people to look at
