Happy news!

I talked with a woman Drs. Foster and Smith this morning who told me they were also feeding the Wartskin Angler frozen silversides in addition to live ghost shrimp.

Today I tried to feed it a silverside head on the end of a feeding stick and it gulped it down. After that it refused anymore food until I tried a piece of frozen krill which it finally ate after a few half harted snaps. It must have had enough with the silverside head.

The Fu Manchu ate three or four pieces of krill and silversides and the Redfin Waspfish had one piece of krill.

This leaves me with just the pair of Hawaiian Leaf Fish to continue attempting to move from live food to frozen.

The work goes on as they both refused a piece of frozen krill which I tickled both their noses with today.

I got 12 live ghost shrimp for them in case they did not eat frozen

I got the Fu Manchu at 4" and a 1 1/2" Redfin Waspfish(scorpion family) from "That Fish Place/That Pet Place" out of Lancaster, Pennsyvlania about two weeks ago. I have been to their store in Lancaster and it is big. They do a good job of shipping and I have not been disappointed with them.

I couldn't get a good picture this morning as he was under a shelf of live rock.

I have included pictures of my mated pair Hawaiian Leaf Fish, 3 1/3" and 3 1/2" which are still eating only live ghost shrimp, and my new Cebu cream and maroon Wartskin Angler (Antennarius maculatus) at 4" which is eating frozen silversides, all three of which were from Drs. Foster and Smith Diver's Den.

This only leaves me with trying to get the Leaf Fish to eat frozen and I am into the first week of the second month with them. I do have a 10 gallon tank still cycling, to hold feeder platies and ghost shrimp.
