Ok looks like I will be in charge of coordinating pictures of your corals that you want to sell in the auction. You don't have to have pictures to sell at the auction but pictures will increase your corals final selling price. People like to see what they will be buying. The auction will be at Brian Greens multi club meeting on November 8th. The auction starts a few minuets after it gets dark. Your phones will be projected from a computer in a large screen for everyone to see. One picture per auction item please. When you send me the files each file must be named the name of the coral or what you will be calling it for the auction if you don't know its name.
What to include in email
1. Your name and RC user name
2. Contact info
3. Pictures of your coral labeled. File name must match coral name please. This allows me to look them up quickly at the auction. It's also nice if you at text to your picker with the name of the coral.
Deadline for emailing picture.
I need the files by Thursday the 6th. It takes a long time to organize all the files.
If you have any questions please lmk. You r welcome to post pictures here also so people can preview what u will be bringing, but you must email them also so I can organize them please.
