Attention Acrylic Gurus - Coolest thing you'll ever see!

How on earth would you keep such a thing clean. I feel sorry for the poor guy who has to clean that thing with an algae magnet every week. You thought your tanks were a pain to keep clean LOL.

I wouldn't be so worried about keeping it clean as much as I would if that thing lost vacuum and the water overflowed into those little tanks. Talk about a mess.

Wonder how they keep it pressurized like that.

No thanks, cause you can bet if a mess can be made I can sure figure out how it's done. LOL

Wonder how they keep it pressurized like that.

probably the same way that we do the saltwater tanks that have overflows, but it would have to be going back and forth. from one tank to the other.

The water would probably have to be plumbed as a return to the highest point of the risers for it to work out

I saw this a few years ago. Its a neat idea but doesnt seem practical.

It would be pretty neat to setup different highways and test many different fish and their intelligence with incentives (food) to travel down a certain path..

It's just a Siphon. The only problem would be taking out all of the air.
I works as long as there is no air build up and the two tanks are level with each other. Think of your overflow.
