FWIW, I sure it has been posted here, but in the event that it has not I have a quick tip. As many users of the "Pro-Scraper" know, the blade has a very short lifespan, and replacements are not cheap. Before the blade that's in my scraper gets too thrashed, I pull it out, and use it by hand filpping it in order to utilize the opposite edge of the scraper. At least that gives me a few more swipes before it goes in the trash...

ok, that's all for now.

Other than the fact that they come coated with oil and too easily slice into silicone sealant?

Careful is one thing, but those razors can cut a hole in sealant without you even noticing. The Kent scrapers seem to actually be able to get under the edge of the silicone w/o cutting/tearing it.

Uh...

This would be for the plastic scraper meant for acrylic, not glass. The metal scraper works fine for glass and seems to last a while for me.

WOW!!! The Poor guy tries to give you an alternate way to save some money - since the OP stated that the refills " are not Cheap " and ya'll rip his head off. Sorry nm354 - were all not as quick to judge as some on this board :(

I just bought one a couple weeks ago and I think it is one of the best inventions ever! I love it! I dont know about the refills though.
