August meeting?

Any news on the August PMASI meeting? It seems like forever since the picnic.

It does. The August meeting is the 3rd Saturday as usual. It will be August 20th 6pm at Elmers

Honestly, I have no idea.

A few of the board members who I talked to in that regards said that they weren't going to be able to make this months meeting. I am trying to find someone to talk about something. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to contact me.

September is an Acrylic Workshop
October we are having a speaker probably Joe Yaiollo
November there is no general meeting because of Thanksgiving
December is the Mega Raffle/Elections

New Board Of Directors (ie not me planning everything)

January Speaker

April Fragging Workshop

After that I assume the new BoD can fill in their own stuff.

Speaking of New Board of Directors. Positions are currently only a year long assignment which means that all positions are up for grabs. I'm not sure how we are going to proceed with the nomination process since we can't use our own website, however I would encourage everyone to think about running for a position on the Board if you feel that you can commit. It can be allot of work when it all falls onto one or two people so we would love the help that anyone is looking to offer.

Ok , apparently, the VP (Carrie) is going to have a program on collecting fish off Long Island, same that was scheduled on the day that soneone drove thru Elmer's front window cancelling the meeting. So, see everybody at Elmers tomarrow evening.
