Auriga butterflyfish disease

This morning, I had a most unpleasant surprise.
In the morning, when I use to feed my fish and corals, I noticed that my Auriga butterfly, which until yesterday was presenting health and beauty lay panting on the tank bottom.
Immediately ran to check the parameters and everything was normal, nitrite, nitrate, ammonia, phosphate everything considered good levels.
Coincidentally, this was a very cold night and as here in the region temperatures do not force me to keep on Chiller (have a Teco TR5 with heater), it was off since the temperature has naturally maintained at around 77° F without using any special device.
I called the chiller so that the temperature rise to 78° F. This done the fish to starts to swim, but which is still pouring from a swim and another and is presenting a dark color. Another thing I noticed was that his back fin is presenting failures as in some diseases.
His power, as well as other fish and made with feed in the afternoon and cyclop-eeze the morning, in both cases I use add AngElixir.
The other animals, especially fish, have not changed and continue to have normal behavior, feeding and swimming around the tank.

Some of the friend could help me? What is this? Providences that take?

Here are some fish pictures:

Someone can help me!!

The some picture the eye looks cloudy but not in the others. What was the last thing added to the tank? Do you QT?

Hi Dmorty,

From the last days, I start to use my Two Little Fishies NPX Reactor again to control Phosphate and Nitrate levels. Since I did initiated this tank, I use to test all parameters for a good water quality. I confess that I'm not a reef tank expert, but I'm trying read and learn more and more.
This fish was on my tank for one year, ever swimming and presenting a good growth and vivid colors.
Today, by morning, the Auriga Butterflyfish was dead, but the other fishies on the reef are as usual, without presenting nothing abnormal. No another fish was added at the tank from the last 7 months.
Can the reactor have caused this on my reef?

Thanks for help me.

Regards!

The reactor didn't cause the problem with the butterfly. I would keep a close eye on the rest of the fish for similar signs of whatever the butterfly had

Hi all!

The last addition was to seven months before and was a trumpet coral. The coral came from the tank of a friend who have a lot of fishes, LPS and soft corals and whose tank rarely lost a fish at the last 3 years.
I have a tank with 127 gal with some LPS and soft corals, an blue surgeon, a firefish, a cardinal pajama and until yesterday the Auriga Butterfly.
As you can see, is not a very populated reef until why, here in Brazil the marine fishes are very expensive.
Today at morning I looked the other fishes very close to find any signal encountered at dead auriga. But fortunately, all the other fishes are healthy with vivid colors, without black or white points on its bodies and without foggy eyes.
I believe that this sad occurrence will not happen again.
Some friend recommended me to add garlic at the fishes food as a natural antibiotic hand as reinforcement for their health. Did any of you had any experience with it? Can it really help to avoid diseases?

Thanks for all help!
regards
