Sand anemone, so sand at least 2 inches or more. Moderate lighting and low to moderate flow. Mine likes mysis and small chunks of raw scallops. The color on that one is better than average for what I've seen. It will most likely get a darker brown color where it is pale.
I have mine under 4 T12 VHOs and it's doing good. I tried one in a tank under 2x400w bulbs and I lost it, but I might not have acclimated it long enough. So I would say moderate to high lighting would be fine.
