Auto topoff input please

I was looking at www.autotopoff.com. Does anyone have experience with their products?

Great product, I haven't had any issue with it.

I have a r/o reservoir drum attached to the r/o unit which is controlled but a kent float switch. Then I run a 1/4 tube to my sump which also has a kent float switch. You have to get the R/O reservoir higher than the sump but it's all gravity fed and I like stuff that doesn't require a pump. I honestly think that gravity fed is the way to go. But then again I never tried using a pump power topoff, I never needed too.
