Auto Water Changes

Can someone explain this whole concept to me? I got no idea how to go about this may work... Any pictures or videos would be much appreciated.

There are so many ways to do it, from commercially available kits to total DIY. From using hobby pumps, to peristaltic pumps, to timers to level sensors, to controllers.
You can do a search for Auto Water Changes and see if you can narrow down how you want to go about it so we can better answer your questions.
This water change article from Randy is also a good read.

No problem.
I hate telling people to do a search, but it's such a general question with so many different answers/solutions, it will help us help you. :)

I got a auto top off already setup, I use up 7 gallons per 2 week. You think that is sufficient? If not all I need is a internal pump that comes on for idk a minute and the auto top off will do the rest...

Your auto top should be RODI. If you pump saltwater out of your tank and replace it rodi you will eventually have a freshwater tank :P. You need reliable and accurate pumps to exchange your saltwater or you will end up with chemistry issues. I personally use litermeter iii for mine but there are many systems that people are successful with. I believe my automatic water changer was the best investment I have made in my tank.

Only your water is evaporating, not the nasties that are in it that will get pulled out with a water change. So no, you can't not rely on evaporation. At all.
Plus you need all the good stuff that comes with fresh mixed saltwater to replace other things that get used up by the tank.

Alright so I got a whole fish room so my plan is to put a internal pump and calibrate it with a outlet timer to take 10 gal out of my sump, then I will have a saltwater auto top off hooked up. Probaly do a 10 gallon every week.
