I JUST WANNA KNOW IF SOMEBODY USE A KENT MARINE SHUT OFF SYSTEM INSIDE SUMP OR AQUUARIUM TO MAINTAIN WATER LEVELS?

I use a Kent Marine float valve in my sump to control the water level. However mine is connected to a ten gallon topoff tank.

I don't use it with a shutoff valve. The problem is that the float valve can get stuck open. Which means if your float valve is directly connected to a RO/DI system you can flood your tank with RO/DI water.

If the Valve in my tank gets stuck open the worst case scenario is that 10 gallons of RO/DI water will be added to my 150gallon system.
 
Here is a photo of my topoff system. You can see the white topoff tank up top and the kent float valve in the bottom of the photo.

Again, I would not recommend connecting this directly to a RO/DI filter.
