Availability Of Items

If an item is out of stock will that appear when I try to place my order, or do I have to wait until someone contacts me to tell me if its available?

Most of the time the item will be marked online if it is out of stock. However, our online stock is not real time, so there is always a chance we can run out of something before it is marked online. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately of that to see what you would like to do.

One more question for you. I ordered something late Friday night will it ship on Saturday? I assumed it wouldnt until Monday, but then I saw an ad on the page that says order today ships today.

Our order cutoff time is 2pm, so if it was ordered after that it would ship on Monday. Unfortunately the shipping companies do not run on Saturday's and Sunday's. If you can email me your order name at jeremy@premiumaquatics.com I'd be happy to look it up for you.

It looks like you are in New Jersey, so if you selected UPS ground and it ships on Monday, you will have it delivered on Wednesday of next week.
