Avatar design help for the computer challenged.

In honor of the Chicago Bears making the Super Bowl I would like to design an Avatar. I would like this

But I would like it to rotate into the Chicago Cubs, and then into the Iowa Hawkeyes, and then back to the Bears.

Can anyone help me?

Now how do I slow it down just a little & put that into my avatar?

Right now it has a 2 sec delay between the images. How much longer of a delay would you like? 4-5? 10?

As far as making it your avatar, you'll have to right click it and save it (as a .gif) and then go to My RC > Edit Options > at the bottom there should be a place to upload it.
