Neither, it is a lady selling them who is moving from Marana. Rob just maintained them for her. I never met her or saw the tanks in person. But from the pictures and stories about them from Rob they look and sound amazing! Plus it would be awesome to have someone else in the hobby with a big tank here in Tucson like mine.
