Had a problem with a pump that wasn't working at all times. This is a 6105 hooked to an apex. I have two total and 6 Tunze pumps all together. Roger helped diagnose and took care of my issue with no problems. Every phone call was answered very fast. This is why I stick to Tunze, and won't hesitate to buy more when I add to my setup, sure there are cheap knockoffs out there that move water in a similar manner, but customer service, longevity and quality are very important to me. Thanks again for great service!! Keep up the good work.
