Awesome Stuff

I just picked up the 2nd half of my "package" for my 28g Nano Cube last night.

I, along with my 5-year old daughter were staring at the tank all morning today.

Here are some pics, although my camera does not do it justice. There is so much variety of color on the rock from corraline algae, sponges, etc.

Thanks again Richard.

Nice job with your aquascape, your tank looks like it's been up and running for quite awhile.

Thanks. It does look like it is an established tank.

The tank itself had been previously used, but it was completely empty and in storage just over 2 weeks ago. But thanks to Richard, there is already a huge amount of color and growth.

I picked up the 1st half of the "package" with the sand and half of the rock on Nov 12, and the 2nd half yesterday.

The tank looks awesome! You did a great job with the aquascaping. I have a 5 year old daughter as well. She perches on a step stool in front of the tank and watches it for hours! I think its awesome you have a helper as well!

One word of caution - makes sure your tall orangish sponge (no idea what its called) doesn't get too much light. I put mine higher up in my tank and part of it burned up. I've got it low and inside a "cave" structure now and I'm hoping it will rejuvenite and survive. Time will tell!

Awesome job - keep me posted! Our tank is only 3 weeks old and counting so we're in the same boat!!! :)
