B-ionic dose?

Hello, I was told that dosing b-ionic was great! I have never tried this, but my LFS sells the two gallons, part I/II for $37.00. He also sells the two in 32oz for 17.

Is this a good product? How often do you have to dose? I was told it covers calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium, eventhough the product says calcium buffer...

I own a 75G tank with a 40G sump and over 100lbs of LR.

Should I go for the jugs or the 32oz. Just wondering because if it lasts a long time... The. I'm assuming 32oz should be enough, but if it goes down pretty quick like salt, then the jugs...?

Someone recommended it to me for both my corals and the anenomne. I have euphilias. A leather. Three birdsnests. An Aiken and a brain. Oh, pulsing xenias, pavona, mushrooms, GSP and lastly, Kenya tree.
