Hello Tuscon fish heads!
I have a very large, shallow, rimless tank I am looking to trade for a more traditional tank.
My tank is very unique and a really cool set up! Dangerwill has seen it, hopefully he can chime in.
The tank is 1/2 inch glass, 6 feet long by 3 feet wide and it tapers from 20 inches to 16 inches. In the middle of the tank is a dividing glass that is just siliconed in there (so it could be removed), this divider has drilled holes to flow from the 20 inch side to the 16 inch side. In the center of each side is an overflow (5inch by 5inch) that drains into the sump. Each side has its own return from the sump too. Custom made stand goes with the tank, and the tank's bottum glass is sealed to plywood for extra support and no accidental bump/cracks.
The total volume is 200 gallon, 160 in tank and 40 sump.
I am looking for a large traditional footprint (rectangle) tank. Complete setup, I am ok with no lights though. I am not set on gallons, but minimum 90.
Here are some pics, I tried to take them at night with flash as to not get glare but they are only meh.
