Baby berghia

Three weeks ago I got 10 berghia and two egg cases for my birthday. I kept them in a container floating in my QT tank for several days until I saw 4-5 new egg spirals, then put the adults in my DT were they are slowly eating my aiptasia. Today I see 5-10 baby berghia in the floating container!! Very exciting. Hope they make it and I don't run out of aiptasia.

Mary That's really exciting to hear. I gotta tell you I have bought Berghia twice in the last 6-7 months and have scene a few, but my tank is still infested with Aptasia. I don't know what's happening with mine. I have James at Aqua Terra quarantining a Zoeler Butterfly for me in hopes that it will eat the aptasia. Those damn things cost almost $200 each time for a dozen plus some egg chains. Really frustrating.

I got them at reeftown.com. They were big and healthy. Mine are very tiny and may not survive so don't wait for them.

It's slowly improving and stabilizing. Nothing like it used to be but time will tell. How's yours Nas?

Actually Great!
Crash it and waited a year before its ready to grow sps again
So I'm loading it up with $$$ frags and lots of unnecessary equipment so I can go to Disneyland or a cruise and crash it again.
Next crash I'm putting in new tank.
