Baby clowns!

Awww, the first babies left home tonight. They didn't even run when I scooped them up. It was very sad to see them go, but I can't keep them all!

I remember when my breeding pair were that small and that trusting... they are still sweet, unless there are eggs involved!

Nicole, your babies are having fun in my tank and my daughter loves them already.

Thanks again and good luck with your new tank.

p.s. I sent you paypal payment for the difference I owed you.

cxr133 - Sorry, no shipping, I am not set up for it. You may have a local breeder, though, lots of people raise clowns.

Hien - Glad your daughter approves! Perhaps the babies will take to the frogspawn like their parents did. Thanks for the fast payment.

Hey Nicole....I already have an occelaris clown thats about 2 inches long....Do you think it would be ok to throw one of these guys in my tank with the existing clown?

Yes, these are unsexed juveniles. Ocellaris clowns are very easy-going and pair easily, so it is very rare for a female to reject a young juvenile as a mate.

Anyone local getting one? I can paypal Nicole and pick up at your place?? Im in the 91340...

Thanks

Sam

Nicole I wanted to see if its still okay for me to pick up some baby clowns tomorrow. Let me know. I tried to send a pm and email but says your not recieving any.
Mario

Mario, you can send an email to the address I types earlier in the thread.

I will be in and out today playing catch-up before going back to work tomorrow, but for the most part I'm free all day.

any available

any available

any availble still and would i be able to add to a tank that already has 2 paired adult true percula clowns? or would that be not worth it?

No, the adult fish will eventually kill the babies in all but a very rare few instances. Sorry, but I won't sell to have them go into a tank with a pair already, except for a really large tank where they might have a chance.

Here's the status, folks. I have 17 fish left, of which only a handful are ready to go. Mario has been patiently waiting and gets first pick of those.

I do have a few people waiting for non-misbars, but those are the smallest ones and won't be ready for a while yet.

Finally, I have several with imperfect fins. I thought this was due to them picking at each other, but at this point it seems like possibly not. It is cosmetic, not a functional flaw that would limit them, so I will sell if someone specifically wants them. Otherwise, if they don't shape up in another few weeks I will find someone with a hungry trigger and they will be culled.

No, none of them have a "lucky fin" like Nemo. ;)

I can't hold specific fish. It's first-come first-pick.

Hey Nicole can you send me your # again. I dont know where I put it at. Also are you going to be available around 7pm let me know
mario
