Baby colt or aiptasia?

Just noticed this growing out from the base of a med-large piece of colt coral I just purchased. To my newb eyes it looks like aiptasia!?!? What do you all think aiptasia, baby colt or something else?

Now the million dollar question; can I inject it with aiptasia-x without harming the colt on top of it?
