Baby snails or what?

Limpits? I have these all over my glass when the lights are off:

They are little round snail looking things, and their backs seem to look like small astrea shells? I havent had astrea snails in years tho......

Yep, looks like limpets to me.

harmless right? do they get bigger?

I'm no expert, but the ones I've had didn't get any bigger, and never caused any problems.

Yes, they are keyhole limpets. Some species may grow quite a bit larger than yours, but those small Diodora species probably won't get larger than about half an inch.
