How long does a threadfin cardinal hang onto the eggs/babies for?
I have 2 pairs of cardinals in quarantine and both males appear to have their mouths full and haven't eaten for about 4 days now.
Should I go ahead and add them to the display tank? Let the babies be released first? Does it matter? (I'm not planning on raising threadfins so the decision would be strictly for the parents sake)
