Sure !
It's made from a rubbermaid plastic box 14"L x 7"W x 3.5" deep. A 4" pvc union with a plastic Mr. Coffee filter siliconed to the union. A rio-50 is placed into the coffee filter and than it's all lowered into the display tank the night of the larvae hatch-out. Oh, it held in place my a large algae magnet siliconed to the outside on the container. A LED moon light is pointed at the slot cut-out in the front of the plastic container. The larvae head for the light and get sucked into the slot.
How was that ?

pretty good couple of questions just to see if i understand this correctly;
So there is a slot or cut out in the front of the plastic box? maybe i just don't see it in the picture?
and the rio in the snagger is used to return the water to your tank & the coffee filter is so the larvae stay in the snagger?
Have you ever had a problem with the larvae getting stuck to the filter or is the flow from the rio slow enough not to be an issue?
I may have just confused myself:![]()

The pvc/coffee filter make a good water change pump too. I stick it in the larvae tank to pump out old water. The filter again keep rotifers and larvae in the tank without the worries of sucking up little clownfish.![]()

As promised, a photo of my new DIY snagger. This is what I use to get the larvae out of display tank.

Ok; I finally see it, lol the cut-out on the right hand side is where the larvae enter the snagger correct?? Quick question; How do you keep them in there? They don't just swim in & out?
Or is the current from the rio pump enough to keep them in place once they are in there?
Sorry about all the questions but i am thinking of making one of these because i can not remove my current batch of eggs since she decided to lay them on the rocks this time.
