So my guppies were bloated, not eating, and breathing heavily and not being too social. the female has been not moving too much for like a week. Thought it was cuz she just have birth. Male was fine. didn't think it was a parasite until the female had white stringy poop. So I hurried to the store and grabbed some API general cure. It's just a 10 gallon tank so I used 1 packet which is the proper dosage. I took the babies out etc.
So after 1 night on the meds, my guppies r now swimming around more, not really eating still. The female is now swimming around as opposed to sitting in the corner. The female is still really bloated. And has some white stuff either protruding from her side or attached to her right near her side fin. I think it's attached.
Should I put another dosage in tonight without water changing just to make sure they will be better? And after my water change tmrrw should i double dose it again? directions say 1 pack per 48 hours and a 25% water change. Thanks!
