bad day at petco

i had a very bad day at petco was gonna buy a very large devil hand for $24 could not get no one to help soon as i said i wanted coral they disapeared last time i was there i complaned to managment he handed me a 25% gift certificate like that was supposed to smooth everthing over instead of getting store under control and they dont care about there livestock they just need more saltwater stores in michigan or online shipping needs to be cheeper

where in Michigan are you tons of lfs around me metro detroit area at least 10 vg stores and 10 or more well you get the idea. btw I love P.A. great company

Online shipping costs won't go down, only up. All LS must be shipped Next Day so it doesn't die, and with the fuel surcharges only getting bigger...

As labman said though, there are TONS of great fish stores in Michigan to choose from, PETCO being on the absolute bottom of my list... I wont even buy my cats food there.

I've only ordered dry goods through Premium before, but FWIW they're my SOLE provider for ANY dry goods I need, and have the best customer service, prices and products out of anyone IMO/IME. I had one tiny issue ever, and it was something small was not packed with my order... the NEXT day it was on my front porch at no cost.
