Bad motor block?

Hi,
I have Five Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6055 pumps and a 7095 Multicontroller..
All pumps are working but one 6055 dose not. I have tried swapping power supply's and no change. I think I have a bad motor block?
I have brought two 6055 less than 2 years ago and three more in the last year. Is there a way to tell the age of the Motor blocks?
Three of the power supply's have Volt Selectors on the power supply and two dose not. Why?
Any help would be great.
Daniel

On the side of the hexagonal motor body is a date code stamp, it will be something like 0808 (August 2008). In 2011 a new law went into effect in Europe that required manufacturers eliminate "phantom loads", the power a device draws when it is off. The old switchable power supply used 2W if the pump was plugged in but off due to a controller setting. The new one uses 0.25W, that is the reason for the change. The new ones included a baggie of jumpers that gave the same settings, you just swap the little clear chips, it is a small ziplock baggie that came packaged inside the bag the power supply was in.

Pressed in, like an embossing. If it lacks an embossing it would be from the earliest run of 2007. In 2007 dates were different and were week/year so something like 3207, 32nd week of 2007 and dates were not added until around August 2007.

motor block says 0607. That puts them out of warranty by the code
I wish I new about the date code when I brought them. I would have tried to find much more recent date. I got my first two around Xmass of 2010 and my last three in Sept 2011.

Shawn is correct, if we have any way to validate they are newer by purchase date we would certainly honor the warranty, while this would be odd, it is possible due to stock rotation practices of a vendor. We sold out numerous times between 2007 and 2010 as did the factory so this would be an unusual but possible situation.

Thank you for the info. I will look for my bill of sale when I get home tonight. I hope I still have it. I am sure motor block is not cheap.

They are a little less than half the cost of a complete pump, please see what you can find.
