Bad Phoenix bulb?

Hey guys!

I have a 250w Phoenix bulb that's been running about 3 weeks. Today when the lights went on, this bulb wouldn't fire. It just has a thin beam of light strobing in it. I switched it to the other pendant and the same thing happens. I use the UV shield, so it didn't get wet. Not sure what could be wrong?

Sorry to hear that the bulb seems to have failed. That's very uncommon for a Phoenix bulb. Email jeremy@premiumaquatics.com. He's able to handle the warranty for you.
