If it affects the trophont stage (which makes sense since the fish are ingesting it and passing it on to the parasite through their bloodstream), then two weeks might be enough to clear the fish and the tank. Not sure how CP is metabolized by fish, but if it's similar to humans then it should kill the parasite while it is attached. Look forward to hearing from you about results after a few more weeks.
