Has anyone ever used a Universal Manufacturing Corporation 111-247 C-TC ballast for a 175W MH?
I just picked up some of these that were hooked up to XM175/DB bulbs (175W 15000K MH). The wiring diagram on the ballast says that it is a 400W MH ballast, but that 2 are required for a 400W bulb. I guess it would almost make sense that you could use one for a 175W, since they are wired up in parallel for the 400W.
Anybody have an idea if this is alright?
