I am setting up a 400w mogul SE retro
Going to run a 10K bulb (XM)
Have a "coil and cap" bare ballast kit (Advanced)
Do I need an ignitor to run this?
There is nothing on the wiring diagram that is on the ballast itself regarding an ignitor... just ballast, capacitator and bulb
Does that mean I don't need an ignitor?
