ballast

soooo the used ballast that got with the 75 isnt firing , new one is though and looks amazing. any ideas?

scratch that my vast electrical experience at lowes made me troubleshoot the issue, aka i was impatient and eventually got lucky. i gotta get some pictures of these bad boys up here asap though the color is perfect in my eyes i couldnt ask for a better setup
