Bangaii Cardinal Help!

I recently bought two bangaii cardinals from a local store. One of them has been eating well, and the other has not even noticed the food. He stays in the corner of the tank pointing downward. His stomach/side is also discolored. Any Suggestions for what to do would be great. The other bangaii loves brine shrimp, which i've been feeding, as well as bloodworms to see if the other would eat, and pellets for the other fish.

following along. I had recently purchased 6 CB Bangaiis and I lost two in the last week. They just refused to eat. The remaining 4 had voracious appetites for the last week and now only one will eat. I am stumped.......the LFS store said they'd take care of me. But, I don't want these things to do. I want to elp them any way I can. I know that the love Brine Shrimp, and in the last few days I have been adding some garlic to the shrimp to entice them, but that hasn't worked either.
