Banggai Cardinal Pink Spot

Anyone have any idea what this pink lump could be?

Picked this guy up from the local fish store, noticed this spot 2 days later.

He's eating well and behaving normally.

I just noticed that he is missing his fin on the side the pink spot is on.

I guess if you sure it wasn't like that when you got him you probably another tank mate did it

what other fish do you have?

I'm not certain that he had both fins when I got him.

The fins are hard to see in certain lighting.

Other tank mates are a Flame Angel, Pajama Cardinal and 2 tiny baby Clowns.

I have not seen any fish nip at each other or show any signs of aggression at all.

Actually they all get along very well.

Turns out he is not missing a fin. The pink spot is turning white in the middle. Almost looks like a pimple. I'm going to take him out and quarantine him.

Anyone have any idea what this is?
