Banggai Cardinalfish spawning?

I was looking at my tank and noticed that my Banggai Cardinalfish were both missing, So i looked around and discovered that one of them is on the sand bed squirming around in between a rock and the glass while the other one it staying close. I put there fav food mysis and they still did not move. Have never seen this before maybe someone has?

Now today the one fish is in the corner at the top and has not moved just hanging there. I think someone might be bullying it...??

Yes he is but he has been behaving.. And for some reason i really like him a lot. and yes it is covered. I don;t like when fish try and find there way back to the big Blue. I guess i just need to keep my eye's open. Everyone can go back to there perspective tank's when the build is complete. until then everyone need's to play nice
