Banner fish and Hypo

My banner fish and golden wrasse were doing fine until sg got to 1.009. They were fine and eating at 1.013. The next water change it went down hill and they stopped eating. Should I raise it back up to 1.013? There are no signs of ich on them?

how is your water quality,ph,ammonia,nitrites,etc, i have had the same problem with some fishes that eat fine untill sg reaches 1.009 then they stop eating i raise the sg up to 1.013 and the eat fine i only use copper from know on.

Is 1.013 low enough to kill the parasites?
