Bar Forums...

I'm a paid up BAR member. I signed up to use the forums... How long does this process take... I'm used to waiting minutes for a confirmation url. What exactly is the process of getting your registration set up so you can post. I'd ask the question over there... but I can't log in and can't seem to post as a guest.

i think someone from BAR has to officially put you in as a registered member to sign-in to post. you should be able to post as a guest regardless though. i think pm thales or dswong and they should be able to help you out..

normally takes a few days but pm'ing them would make it go faster..

Well according to the membership list on the webpage you're a member.

Should be able to go to www.bareefers.org/bar and click "log in" up at the top and log in and be set. When you try to log in does it say "invalid password/user" or something? Or does it just not keep you logged in?

A few people have signed up for membership and not signed up on the forums, so if that is you too, make sure you have done both.
If you have done both, as soon as the webmaster or membership coordinator has confirmed that you have done both, they will approve your registration and you will get the conformation email. Remember the BAR forums aren't public, so approval and activation can't be automatic.

Still relaxing...Can't post at BAR to tell them I can't Post.
